All installations are performed at AR Customs Workshop, Unit 17/25 Industrial Ave, Molendinar 4214, Qld, Australia.

Workshop hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm, Sunday closed.

All units, accessories and installation parts are supplied and installed by AR Customs only. We do not install customer-supplied third-party units.

Drop your vehicle at the workshop, then relax at the Starbucks next door while we work on your installation.

Complete your details first. You can upload a dashboard photo or tick skip photo upload, then choose an available time and pay the $100 booking deposit to secure your installation slot.

The deposit is treated as a prepayment toward the final installation invoice.

Missed appointments and late arrivals: If you miss your appointment without rescheduling in advance, your booking fee is non-refundable. Arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in the loss of your allocated booking time. In either case, please contact the installer on 0413 371 130 to arrange and confirm a new appointment. This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
