Accurate make, model, year, trim and installation requirements help our technicians select the right tools, spare parts and workshop time so the job is completed efficiently, professionally and without avoidable delays.

How booking confirmation works

Once your quote is approved and a time is selected, AR Customs uses a booking fee to secure your installation slot. That booking fee is counted toward your final invoice total - it is not an extra or hidden charge.

  • Provide accurate vehicle and installation details so the workshop can plan the right tools, parts and time allocation from the start.
  • All head units, accessories and installation parts are supplied and fitted by AR Customs. We do not install customer-supplied third-party units.
  • Your booking fee secures the installation time and is deducted from the final amount owing on the completed invoice.
  • After the time is confirmed, you receive both email and SMS confirmation of the successful booking.
  • If plans change, your confirmation includes a link to manage and adjust the booking time at least 24 hours before the job.

Visit the AR Customs workshop

Every installation is completed at our Molendinar workshop so the team can work with the right tools, supplied parts and enough booked time to do the job properly the first time.

  • Workshop location: Unit 17/25 Industrial Ave, Molendinar 4214, Qld, Australia
  • Workshop-only service: all vehicles are dropped off at AR Customs for installation.
  • While you wait: Drop your vehicle at the workshop, then relax at the Starbucks next door while we complete the installation.
  • After booking: email and SMS confirmations include your private link for rescheduling more than 24 hours before the job.
